When we arrived, we were told there would be an additional $9.50 resort fee. Which then added, $19.00 to our overall charge(2 rooms).

Nice hotel, a bit dated and in need of some updating. We were put in the lower level, too dark. Would recommend staying in upper levels. Also, very disappointed in additional resort fee, an additional 12%. Knowing this now, would probably have stayed somewhere closer to downtown. ...read more

The bathroom was beautiful and luxurious.

The spa was disappointing.

My girlfriends and I went for a get away weekend. We booked massages for the next day, but when we showed up, they had no personnel to accommodate us. When we complained at the front desk, the manager didn't care. I will never stay here again. ...read more

Sauna and steam room were very relaxing.

Was supposed to get lakeview, but got parking view the first night.

Overall very satisfied. It was nearby Lake Geneva and on lake Cuomo was a walking distance away. Also has an outdoor bar, swimming pool, and fireplace. Very relaxing - no doubt about that!

It is only 5-10 minutes from down town Lake Geneva, and is very easy to get to.

You can hear people talking in the hallways in you room. Thin walls.
